I never thought it would be posssible! But it was done in a few days! My place was sold in 3 days and Brenda did great negotiating and helped me buy my new property in 1 day. I wanted it to be quick and she did it! I was going rough times, I just lost my wife. I was worried that I would'nt be prepared on closing day, but Brenda was so helpful and so pleasant.
